This week we have been learning about Sir Edmund Hillary, and why he's so famous. So we had to fill in a document and write down our information that we found out about him.
I think that the reason why he’s famous is because:
- He tried so many challenges, like climbing a 8,848 m mountain
- Getting knighted by the Queen
- Building schools in other countries
